At SHELL COMPONENT HUB SDN. BHD. 202501051445 (1652853-P), the cancellation of an order is governed by the provisions below. They fix the period, the procedure and the refund.
1. Period for cancellation
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. A full refund follows. After 24 hours cancellation may not be possible. The order may by then have been processed. It may equally have been shipped.
2. Procedure to be followed
The procedure has two steps.
The Customer contacts the customer service team immediately with the Order Number.
The support team verifies the status of the order and confirms whether it remains eligible.
3. Refund of the payment
An approved cancellation is refunded. The refund issues to the original payment method. A period of 7–14 business days is to be allowed. Within it the refund is processed and reflected in the account.
