At SHELL COMPONENT HUB SDN. BHD. 202501051445 (1652853-P), the carriage of goods is governed by the provisions below. They bind the Company and the Customer alike.
1. Regions served
Two regions are served. Peninsular Malaysia is covered in all states. East Malaysia is covered across Sabah & Sarawak.
2. Processing of orders
Each order is processed within 1–3 business days. Weekends are excluded from that count. Public holidays are excluded likewise. On dispatch a confirmation email issues to the Customer. It bears the tracking information for the consignment.
3. Estimated carriage
Carriage time varies with destination. No overnight or next-day service is offered. The standard windows appear below.
The windows stated are estimates. Courier operations may extend them. So may seasonal holidays or extreme weather.
4. Charges for carriage
Shipping is free. The standard shipping fee is waived in the Customer’s favour. One exception subsists. Bulk and specialised promotional orders may be charged at checkout. Such a charge is computed on total weight and destination, where applicable.
5. Tracing of consignments
Tracing is provided without application. A tracking number issues once the courier partner assumes custody. A direct link issues with it. Both are sent by email or SMS. That link reports the parcel’s progress in real time.
